As a thank you for an extremely successful season Higher Image wanted to do something special and rare in our city of Toronto for the people… An all-inclusive in true Caribbean format. This meant getting a top notch artist in superstar Edwin Yearwood, the best in West Indian/Chinise cuisine from roti to duck to jerk chicken by Nigel from Malty's Caribbean, the best DJs in Court Jester, Enforcas, Soca Vibes, and Bad Lad, and of course, a bottomless bar… all for only $30 advance! The community responded and came out in the hundreds for a night to remember!

FRESH OUTTA CARNIVAL
Koolhaus (The Guvernment)
132 Queen's Quay East (Queen's Quay @ Jarvis)
Endless water in dis fete!
Red Hot Flames made their first ever appearance in Koolhaus and didn't disappoint! Complete mayhem to all their tunes as they pelt out song after song. We warned you ent? Then Traffik bring the water... There is no question that Traffik and Shurwayne are now on a whole different level. We have literally seen this man grow into the superstar artist that he now is right before our eyes. He is now firmly planted on top of his game, and there is no way this man comin' down from his reign any time soon. When he brought Band Comin, Dead Or Alive, and Can't Wait consecutively the crowd couldn't take it anymore. Total destruction...
Iwer George mash up as usual bringing yet MORE water! And Rose? Well what can I say about Her Majesty? This woman absolutely flattened Koolhaus beyond even what anyone expected. She has promised to return for Caribana to do it all again. Big up all the DJs who kept the music jammin' all night...Dr. Jay, D'Enforcas, Soca Monarchs, Soca Vibes, Bassline, and E-Man. Thanks to Farmer's ponging sweet iron in de people's head all night... If yuh missed this fete yuh really missed a SERIOUS jam session!
Get ready for bigger and better in 2007!

Carnival In Yuh Backyard III
Savannah Xplosion!
Soca Savannah Grounds Next to Wild Water Kingdom
With the size of the crowd in year 2 we knew we had to come up with a new venue, a bigger venue, a badder venue taking this event to a whole new level. So we built from scratch the 4-acre Soca Savannah next to the grounds of Wild Water Kingdom. With a killer stage, endless bars, and room for 10,000 feters the words on all party goers were the same: "Nah, this is not Toronto...We are back home!"
Machel Montano as Mr. Scandalous, Traffik, Shurwayne, Iwer George, Calypso Rose, JMC Trevini, Benjai, and endless other artistes were in the lineup that made easily the biggest and best outdoor soca spectacular in Toronto Caribana history!
